As the Avenue of the Saints corridor keeps growing, our 2 billboards on US-218 between Hwy 22 and I-80 become more attractive in reaching the entire ADI of Iowa City/Coralville/ Cedar Rapids. This is especially true due to the attraction of the Riverside Casino and Resort as a regional entertainment center (Riverside adding an LED display to one of their billboards acknowledges this fact). These are the only billboards from Hwy 22 to I-80 and the ONLY thing to look at in this stretch of road. They target regional traffic for all of Eastern Iowa who are forced to drive this way for employment, shopping, medical centers and entertainment.
